The operational basis of the company was established in the early '90's . Nutrifance Ltd started operating on November 8, 1991. The founder's objectives were clear : work must be a pleasure, a position according to one's skills and the production of a food product similar to those existing prior to the introduction of chemicals and substitutes in the food industry.

After analysis of what was being done on the market, a decision was taken to create a trade mark bearing the name of a young chef : Olivier Bouvai, to represent Nutrifrance. His youth, talent and concern for quality mirror the founders.

The secondary mission is financial : make the company cost-effective as soon as possible in order to insure self-realization for its employees. The primary mission regards quality : market the highest quality product without any compromise.
